Finally repair the long-broken curse handling. Can now handle multiple targets of the same curse type, also informs when the curse "expires" (naturally the exact time cannot be known, but average of 10 minutes is assumed for now). Optional warning about soon expiring curses can also be reported (/cursewarn)
