[fix] Bug ID 2791229: If UiGUI was located in a path containing Unicode characters or such a path needed to be handed over to a called indenter, the indenter could get confused on Windows. So using the Windows 8.3 short path notation.

Updated the language files using the Qt lupdate and Linguist version 4.5.0. Removed obsolete entries and did small spell correction.

Made it possible to define "stdin" to be used for an indenter calling. Also encoded the messages to be shown in an error message box as HTML so that < > and & will be displayed correctly. And from now on no longer merging stdout and stderr so that outputs to stderr will no longer make it into the to stdout returned formatted code.
