Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Use "id" field in source calendar events gcm_id generation, and "iCalUID" for the target calendar.

- improve documentation a bit, it is rather barebones at the moment.

- (re-)implement limiting source events from given start time, instead of
  processing all events available.

- test e-mail sending, might need fixing
