Make old libSIDPlay2 support work again, the one available in most distros, such as Debian.

XMMS-SID - Known issues
=======================
* SIDPlay2 filter configuration is not implemented as of 0.8.0beta17.

* There _may_ be some endianess problems that I'm not aware of.
  PLEASE bugger me, if you notice any! :)
